A note from the owner
Hi, I'm Ray.
My dad started Brightline out of our garage in Bowness in 1987, with one van and a phone that rang in the kitchen. I did my apprenticeship with him, and I've run the shop since 2011.
We're bigger now, with eleven techs and six vans, but the rules haven't changed. Answer the phone. Show up when you said you would. Tell people the price before you start. Put the drop sheets down.
If we ever don't live up to that, call me directly. My number's on every invoice.

Seized circulator pump on a 1960s system. Swapped and bled the rads.
Wall-hung toilet install
Carrier went in before the tile. Owner's third bathroom with us.
Frozen line, 6 a.m.
Thawed and re-insulated the line to the garage before the family was up.
